   The development of the performance and skills of our personnel is the key to the management of human resources policy of the Air Liquide Group.

   Performance is judged by set goals and by the aims of our staff. Defining and evaluating these objectives is essential to the process of appraisal. 

   Skills’ development is evaluated by the level of responsibility of the post and the specific and interpersonal skills required to achieve the objectives of the position.
