Training and Development  [ Return towards  Careers  ]

Our training strategy for our personnel consists of making training a development tool in our branches in West and Central Africa. Training and developing skills in the personnel are the first responsibility of every manager.  

The two main aims of training are: 

  • Determining and taking on board the changes necessary for the development of the company.   
  •  Not only the adaptation of the employees to these changes, but also the evolution of their working conditions .
