Air Liquide Group in West and Central Africa confirms its commitments through the following aims:

• Customer satisfaction :  Air Liquide promises to give its customers products that will always conform to Air Liquide specifications and their demands, as far as the best safety conditions, quality, hygiene, worker’s health, environmental protection and respect for the regulations are concerned.

• Industrial Risk Management :  Accordance with regulations (local and international), manufacturing procedures, reliability of manufacturing procedures, development of production staff’s skills and the safety of operations and delivery.

Commitment to safe delivery of gases :

• Cylinders : Delivery of gas cylinders that meet Air Liquide’s safety standards,  inspections of cylinders  for validity and to ensure that they conform to regulations, caps fitted, valves in good condition, etc

• Bundles : Delivery of gas bundles that meet Air Liquide’s safety standards, inspections of cylinders for validity and to ensure that they conform to regulations, lifting certificate, valves in good condition, etc.

• Storage of liquid gases : Cryogenic storage and  isocontainers that conform to Air Liquide safety regulations, inspections of storage for validity and to ensure that they conform to regulations, lifting certificate, etc.

• Baskets : Delivery of baskets that conform to Air Liquide’s safety regulations, lifting certificates, etc

• Containers :  : Gas cylinders are delivered in aerated containers

• On-site : On-site nitrogen et oxygen generators are put at the disposal of the customer in accordance with Air Liquide safety standards, and within the clauses of the contract. Sometimes on-site generators are operated by an Air Liquide technician.

 

• Responsibility and transparency :  To maintain the faith placed in Air Liquide SEGOA’s policy, management and control procedures are ensured by a responsible and transparent behaviour.  A Board of Directors assumes this responsibility.
